Every tenancy uses Nova Scotia's Standard Form of Lease (Form P), with an inspection at move-in and move-out.

Rent is collected and tracked every month, and late payments are followed up right away.

Tenants send requests through Propra. We book the right trades and see each job through to the end.

Periodic inspections catch small problems before they turn into big ones.

We build and renovate our own properties, so we can manage upgrades and get units ready between tenants.

We've worked through HRM permits, Halifax Water service connections and street closures, so we can help you plan for them too.

NAJE Properties is run by our family. We've been landlords in the Halifax Regional Municipality for more than ten years, and today we manage our own buildings along with properties for other owners.
Owning rentals ourselves shapes how we work. Repairs get handled quickly, tenants know who to call, and every building is cared for with the long term in mind.
We also build and renovate, so the people looking after your home understand how it's put together.
